Gallery for Wear OS: Prism & Prism Photo: Watch Face
Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Who we are and which applications this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Talha Faki, operating under the Tafix name ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information in the following applications (together, the "Applications"):

Prism is offered with free and paid features. The Watch Face is separately installable; its custom photo functionality requires Prism and the applicable Prism Premium entitlement. This policy covers both Applications, but their data handling differs as explained below.

For privacy questions or requests, contact talhafaki05@gmail.com .

2. Photos, gallery access, and phone-to-watch transfers

Prism accesses the photos you select or authorize it to access so that you can view, organize, transfer, and display them on your devices. Photos may be selected from your device gallery, shared from another application, or imported using the Google Photos integration. The access available to Prism depends on your selections and the permissions granted through Android or the relevant service.

Prism processes selected photos on your devices, including creating display-sized or cropped versions as needed. It transfers photos between your phone and connected Wear OS watch to provide the features you request. Transfers may continue in the background after you initiate them.

Your photo content is not uploaded by the Applications to our servers or to the servers of Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, or another service provider for storage or analysis. Photos imported from Google Photos are retrieved from Google to your device; this does not create a new photo backup with us.

The Applications may keep local copies or cached versions of selected photos on your phone and watch. Removing a photo from one device does not necessarily remove a copy already transferred to the other device, or the original in your gallery or Google Photos. Manage those copies separately.

3. Google Photos

If you choose to use Google Photos, Google handles its own account, selection, authorization, and content-delivery processes. Prism uses the selected photos and the access information needed to retrieve them for the import you request. It does not require you to provide your Google password directly to us.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy . You can manage available access controls in your Google Account and device settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete photos you previously imported to your phone or watch.

4. How the Watch Face handles information

The Watch Face is a resource-only Watch Face Format package rendered by Wear OS. It does not embed Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, advertising SDKs, or its own executable analytics or billing code.

Its photo feature displays image data supplied locally by Prism through the Wear OS complication system. Your chosen image may therefore be visible on your watch screen, including in previews or always-on mode where supported. Choose images with that visibility in mind.

Prism manages photo selection and the Premium entitlement needed for this feature. Analytics or purchase processing associated with those actions occurs through the relevant Prism component and its service providers, rather than an SDK embedded in the Watch Face. Wear OS and Google Play may separately process information under their own privacy policies.

5. App usage, technical information, and diagnostics

Prism uses Firebase and Mixpanel to support app operation and understand app usage. Depending on the Firebase services enabled in a particular version, this can also include crash and performance diagnostics. Information processed by these integrations may include:

We use this information to operate and improve Prism, understand which features are useful, investigate problems, and maintain reliability. Identifiers and event data are not necessarily anonymous, even if they do not include your name.

The Applications do not request precise device location for gallery or watch face features. Photo processing takes place on your devices; photo content is not sent to analytics services. The Applications do not use AI services to analyze your photos.

6. Premium purchases and subscriptions

Google Play processes purchases made through Google Play Billing. Prism uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage subscriptions and Premium entitlements, and restore eligible purchases.

Purchase-related information may include an app user identifier, product identifiers, purchase tokens or transaction references, purchase dates, subscription status, and entitlement information. RevenueCat may also process device, app, and network information needed to provide its service.

We do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play. Purchasing and subscription management are subject to Google Play's terms. Uninstalling either Application does not cancel an active subscription; manage or cancel it through Google Play.

7. Advertising

The current versions of the Applications do not use AdMob to serve advertisements. Prism uses the analytics and purchase services described in this policy; the absence of AdMob does not mean that no usage or purchase information is processed.

8. Service providers and other disclosures

We use the following third-party services for the purposes described above. The information they process depends on the service and its configuration:

These services may process information outside your country. Where applicable, international transfers are subject to safeguards required by data protection law, including contractual protections provided by the relevant service.

We may also disclose information where legally required, to respond to valid legal requests, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to protect users and our rights. We do not sell your personal information or your photos.

9. Support communications

If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and handle privacy or purchase questions. Sending a photo or screenshot to support is a separate, voluntary disclosure; please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

10. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining necessary purchase records. Retention depends on the data category:

To request deletion of information associated with you, email talhafaki05@gmail.com . Include the application name and enough information to help us locate the relevant records, such as an app user identifier or order reference if available. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may need to verify your request and cannot identify every pseudonymous analytics record from an email address alone.

We will delete or arrange deletion of identifiable records we control where required, except information that must be retained for a lawful reason. Information independently held by Google or another provider may require a separate request to that provider. Uninstalling an Application does not automatically erase information already processed by third-party services.

11. Your choices and privacy rights

You can manage photo permissions in Android settings, remove local photo copies, stop using optional integrations, manage Google access where applicable, and uninstall the Applications. Restricting access may prevent the affected features from working.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact us at the email address above to exercise these rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Where applicable law requires consent for optional data collection, that collection must be subject to the relevant consent controls. This policy itself does not replace a required in-app permission request or consent mechanism.

12. Children

The Applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Where local law sets a higher age for valid consent, we follow the applicable requirements.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Your device security and the visibility of photos displayed on your watch also affect the privacy of your images.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Applications, our service providers, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes to data processing.
